One late payment and a gallery platform can delete every photo you've delivered

The problem

Independent Wedding and Portrait Photography Studios

For wedding and portrait photographers whose entire client-gallery history lives inside one vendor's billing system — and who find out it's gone the same day a client does.

  • Reviewers describe a vendor deleting every client gallery over a late payment: "clients started writing to me ... I lost a ton of galleries."
  • Others report being billed after repeatedly asking to cancel, with no way to remove a saved card or let a paid period simply run out.
  • Getting locked out doesn't just cost the subscription — it costs proof of delivery to clients who are still waiting on photos they already paid for.

In their own words

Real quotes from the people who have this problem

they keep Billing after I told them multiple times to stop. No option to cancel subscription

The product

Galleryward

Galleryward is a backup mirror for the galleries you've already delivered. It runs alongside whatever platform you use now — every gallery gets its own independent link, so if your primary vendor locks the account, overcharges you, or deletes a gallery, you flip a switch and the backup link goes live the same day.

  1. 01

Forward the gallery you deliver to each client — Galleryward mirrors it to independent storage, outside your primary platform's account.

  2. 02

You get a standing backup link for every gallery, unaffected by your primary platform's billing or account status.

  3. 03

If your primary gallery platform locks you out, overcharges you, or deletes a gallery, flip the switch and the backup link goes live — clients never notice.
